Yes. The FDA IND for Saltikva is accepted and active; it covers pancreatic cancer and was amended under the same IND number to add 11 further solid tumors. The Phase 2 ran in Canada under a Health Canada No Objection Letter and ethics approval, which is why ClinicalTrials.gov ↗ marks it as not FDA-regulated.
