How many patients were enrolled in the Saltikva Phase 2?
34 patients enrolled in the Phase 2, including patients treated through the expanded access program:

The goal was up to 30 patients per arm; recruitment stopped once the progression-free survival comparison reached statistical significance (p<0.05). The figure 37 that appears in published materials is not the number of patients enrolled: it is the size given for the same-site historical FOLFIRINOX control group, which is in fact 40 patients.
Note on control groups
The published J Cell Immunol 2026 papers state the control group sizes incorrectly (n=37 FOLFIRINOX, n=31 gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel) and will be amended.
