What is the status of the osteosarcoma and colorectal cancer programs for Saltikva?

Both are covered by Salspera's existing FDA IND: an amendment under the same IND number added study designs for 11 solid tumors beyond pancreatic cancer, including osteosarcoma and metastatic colorectal cancer. The FDA raised no objection, so Salspera can start Phase 2 studies once site approvals such as IRB review are in place; no separate IND is needed. Osteosarcoma also holds FDA Orphan Drug Designation (2025-11-19).
