What side effects were reported in Saltikva studies?

In the Saltikva from Salspera, Inc. Phase 1 study, two participants had events judged possibly related to the study bacterium (loss of appetite, constipation and hiccups in one, fever in another), and both recovered. In the Phase 2 study, which gave Saltikva with chemotherapy, 41 serious adverse events were reported, one participant had persistent diarrhea with stool tests negative for Salmonella, and one dehydration event first attributed to Saltikva was reassigned to chemotherapy on review, so none remains attributed to Saltikva. Chemotherapy has its own side effects. Saltikva is investigational and has not been approved by the FDA or any other regulator.
