With which chemotherapy regimens has Saltikva been studied?

Saltikva was studied with two chemotherapy regimens in the Phase 2 trial of Salspera, Inc.: FOLFIRINOX (26 patients, including expanded-access patients) and gemcitabine with nab-paclitaxel (11 assigned, of whom 8 were treated and 7 analyzed). Results with FOLFIRINOX are the basis of the main findings, and results in the gemcitabine arm (7 patients analyzed) were not conclusive. Saltikva has not been studied with other regimens in published human trials.
